AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Mavichip Private Limited, India, doing business as Mavichip ("Company," “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in India at 109/1, Narmada Project, Musakhedi, Indore (M.P.).

We operate the website Workish.in (the “Site”) & the mobile application WORKISH in India under licence from Workish incorporation, 110 Safa Park Colony, Khajrana, Indore (M.P.) India 452016 as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”) in India only.​​

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and MaviChip Pvt. Ltd (India) and concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
 
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.  
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services. / All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to you using the Services.

By utilizing the Workish application, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms and conditions. Workish facilitates connections between users and service providers but does not guarantee the quality or results of the services rendered. It is incumbent upon users to conduct due diligence in verifying the credentials of any service provider prior to engagement. Workish absolves itself from any liability for damages or losses incurred as a consequence of using our application.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") are the governing framework for your interaction with the Workish mobile application ("App"), a platform designed to connect users with service providers in India. Your use of the App signifies your agreement to these Terms.

2. User Eligibility
The App is exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

3. User Accounts
To access certain functionalities of the App, account creation may be necessary. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account details and for all actions taken under your account.

4. Service Providers
Individuals offering services on the App are independent contractors, not employees of Workish/MaviChip, and are not subject to endorsement or recommendation by Workish/MaviChip.

5. User Conduct
You pledge to utilize the App in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and ethical. Prohibited activities include:
   * Publishing any content that is unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory.
   * Engaging in activities that disrupt or impair the functionality of the App.
   * Impersonating any individual or entity.
6. Disclaimers
Workish disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, and freedom from infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
Workish shall not be held accountable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, encompassing direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination
Workish reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled through binding arbitration in India.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Workish concerning your use of the App.

13. Data Storage
Workish will collect and retain certain data pertaining to your use of the App, such as location data, search history, and user reviews. 14. Intellectual Property
The Workish App, inclusive of all logos, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, is owned by Workish Incorporation, 110 Safa Park Colony, Khajrana, Indore, (M.P.) India 452016. Unauthorized use of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from us.

15. Updates
Workish may periodically release updates to the App. By continuing to use the App post-update, you agree to these modifications.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and protect Workish against any claims, losses, or liabilities that may arise from your use of the App.

17. Severability
Should any provision within these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be nullified while preserving the validity of the remaining provisions.
